Ingredients

  • 50 g instant or rolled oats
  • 30 g Klean Isolate (Natural Vanilla Flavour)
  • ½ ripe banana mashed
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: Your choice of toppings (banana and berries make great additions)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 

  2. Grease a ramekin or small oven-safe dish with cooking spray. 

  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and then pour the mixture into the ramekin/oven-safe dish. 

  4. Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. 

  5. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
