Chronological Age vs. Biological Age?

Did you know there are two types of age: chronological and biological age. Chronological age is the exact number of years that you’ve been alive, whereas your biological age reflects on how your cells are aging. It can be affected by your way of living, such as diet, lifestyle, exercise and environment. The specialised bioinformatics and science teams from Muhdo have identified the genes and those biomarkers that correlate to cellular aging.

How Does it Work?

You may have heard of the DNA test, but there’s a deeper level called epigenetic test, which is capable of determining your biological age. Muhdo uses epigenetic analysis to generate a selection of reports you won’t find elsewhere. You can trust our dedicated teams of award scientists to make sure your results are accurate and useful.
We do not collect any blood from you, so there are no needles involved. All that is needed from you is a small saliva sample that you send back to us in a pre-paid envelope.
