Carrot Cake Baked Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • 25 g oats
  • 20 g oat flour
  • 30 g Garden of Life Raw Organic Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 20 g grated carrot
  • 45 g ripe banana mased
  • 110 ml milk/non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 45 g vanilla yoghurt for the topping

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a ramekin or small ovenproof dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients until well-combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

  5. Once cooled, drizzle over the vanilla yoghurt and serve.
