I bought these after I recovered from Covid. I was really ill for 8 days and didn't start feeling good until 1 week into using this vitamin. I am extremely happy with it. It is the first one I have used that has no traces of milk or nuts or any animal product. My stomach feels good too. I won't spend my money on any other vitamin.
