Does the job
Leek & potato soup is the best soup amongst the available range. It mixes well, just follow instructions and I warm mine up in the microwave when its nice and smooth. A bit of black pepper improves the taste. More importantly if you are serious about loosing weight these products work 100%. In the past i have given up due to very slow weight loss, with Optifast I’m loosing around 3lb a week. This is enough to keep me motivated.

Not overly keen
This soup is full of flavour but I'm not a fan. I find there is too many little bits of leek in there, and the taste of leek too overpowering. I feel this soup always leaves me really thirsty and my mouth so dry, which I put down to the amount of leek. Once again it is wholesome, but i much prefer the vegetable soup which I think it delicious!!

This soup is absolutely delicious. With its tasty and creamy texture this soup makes a fulfilling meal. You can always add a few extra vegetables and remain within your calorie target for the day.

Not bad for meal replacement soup it could be a little bit tastier or somewhat thicker it definitely has a tiny pinch of €˜bittiness' to the taste but it does do the trick
