Expensive jar but you pay for quality instead of quantity
You may put off for the price point, but this is a very high concentrated manuka honey and you don't really need to take a lot, a daily teaspoon is far more suffice, I had cold the other days and taking this routinely and I can tell it helps my immune and get well faster than my standard cold sickness, quality and worth the money

Excellent flavor and just the right sweetness
Got this when I had pneumonia and used a teaspoon a day. Very small jar for the price. That's the only thing making me think twice about buying it again, but seems it helps my recovery faster than usually, pricey but quality
