My Mediterranean Mocho

Ok so there's no sea to look at or those bar tunes I love when in Crete, but this is a great replacement for iced mochas. You won't get a coffee hit but I love them!

I was hoping for a iced mocha :(

I decide to only go with one shake product in my plan and thought this would be a good option for breakfast or as a pick up in the afternoon. I was swayed by the reviews which compared to a barista style iced mocha. I found the flavour a bit odd and it wasn't for me. I tried adding a teaspoon of organic cacao powder but still not great. However a friend that is on the plan loves them so we swapped for Strawberry and Chocolate. I think Strawberry is my favourite of the flavours.

Optifast Coffee protein Shake

Its tastes good, especially if you give it a whisk in a blender with cold water from the fridge.Has a good protein content and I found it worked as a meal replacement because it satisfied my hunger

Getting used to

I did not like this at first found it bitter with an unpleasant after taste. But persevered and now it's ok. Not my favourite but better if really cold, I mix this with additional water. Not too bad with hot water either

Tried strawberry, vanilla and coffee favour, coffee is definitely my top-list! Normally drank half of the pack already made me full. Great substitute for meal!
