Service was good and the test kit arrived quickly. The coffee did take some getting used to as it did repeat,but it mixed well in the shaker and didn't wake the world like my electric mixer does. It was filling and the little room was used often. Is there a diuretic in it? I would like to try a different flavour next time. I have managed to rid 3 pounds which I am amazed and very pleased 😀 it is the best 👌 shake I have tried and one of the dearest. Its great to mix it with water as it can be taken anywhere.

Opti fast coffee shakes are convenient meal replacement meals. Only down side is they are not a strong coffee tasting product. I recommend adding a cooled black coffee drink from my Nespresso machine that makes it very good indeed.
