Total Diet Replacement (TDR): when used as a total diet replacement Optifast provides adequate amounts of all essential nutrients for the day (4 sachets/day). It is important to maintain an adequate fluid intake. We recommend drinking 2 litres per day.
CAUTION: If used as TDR, it should not be used for more than 3 weeks without medical advice. Only suitable for adults, and not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, unless otherwise indicated by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Discard any unfinished heated product. Heaven!
I LOVE this shake, it's become my new addiction! I read a review that recommended after making the shake putting it in the microwave for 3 x 30 seconds and that is exactly what I do every day now and the world stops for 10 minutes while I drink my heavenly coffee.

Love this flavour
I have tried all the shakes, and although I like them all, my absolute favourite is coffee. Whilst using Optifast products I have cut down on caffeine, the coffee shakes do not make me feel as if I'm missing out Â

Great start
Make a coffee shake, transfer it to a mug and microwave in 3 x 30 seconds bursts. Result - a piping hot coffee to start the day and sufficient for breakfast!

Nice product with great taste
Drink Optifast for more than one year and it is a great product for diet control. I usually taken it in the morning to replace the normal breakfast. Very convenient and fast!

No bitter aftertaste
Unlike many other meal plans this product has no awful aftertaste meaning a long term regime is certainly possible. It's very pleasant in fact. Â

Coffee shake
This is the best taste Optifast shake as doesn't seem to be as sweet as the chocolate or vanilla although not as thick as those two flavours.
