3After my friend spent thousands of dollars on several other weight loss options and always lead to failed attempts she decided to give Optifast a try. After implementing a TDR with all the Optifast replacement meals she is down almost 40lbs in just over 2 months. She says she feels like she has so much energy and is so much more confident in her body. All she does for exercise is something to get moving; take the dog for a walk, ride a bike at the gym, attend a zumba class for fun. She hasn't had to exert much more than she already was before trying out Optifast's diet replacement supplements. After seeing her results and how well she has responded to this diet plan I am really intrigued to start my own routine on Optifast
