How Do I Use Pro-Cal™ powder?

You can use 1-2 sachets of Pro-Cal™ powder per serving, which can provide you with up to 200 calories and 4g protein.

How to Prepare Pro-Cal™ powder
It couldn’t be easier to prepare and incorporate Pro-Cal™ powder into your diet. The sachets are pre-measured, meaning you don’t need to weigh anything out. Simply open a sachet and add to your meals or drinks until dissolved!
Pro-Cal™ powder can be added to a wide variety of foods – including porridge, cereal, soups, stews, curries, mashed potatoes, and even creamy desserts such yoghurts and rice pudding, making it a great fit with your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks!
It can also be added to beverages such as milk, hot chocolate, milkshakes, and coffee to increase their energy and protein content. However, it’s not recommended to add Pro-Cal™ powder to fruit juice or cold water.
