How Often Should I Take BrainXpert?
Each serving of BrainXpert is designed to act as an alternative source of energy to the brain that will last for a few hours.
To get the most from BrainXpert, it’s recommended that you take BrainXpert twice a day with both breakfast and lunch to help provide your brain with the energy it needs for its normal function.
You should start to see the benefits of BrainXpert after six months, but you’re encouraged to continue with the product after this for optimal results.
What’s the Recommended BrainXpert Dose?
In your first week of taking BrainXpert, you should be taking 1 tablespoon (equivalent to ¼ of a sachet) twice a day.
In the second week, increase this to 2 tablespoons (½ a sachet) twice a day.
Once your body and brain have got used to the product, from the third week onwards, it’s recommended that you take two sachets per day (1 sachet with breakfast and 1 sachet with lunch).

However, to ensure its maximum efficacy, BrainXpert should never be taken with soda, hot liquids or be cooked or baked with other meals.

Here’s one suggestion for making a tasty breakfast smoothie using BrainXpert:
4 tbsp oats
½ apple, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp milk – dairy or plant-based
4 tbsp plain yoghurt
¼ tsp cinnamon
Your BrainXpert dose
Handful of ice cubes
Sprig of fresh mint
Add the oats to a food processor and blend until fine.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add the ice cubes and serve with a sprig of fresh mint for a little extra refreshment.
