A big pick me up!

This has been a big pick me up, I feel brighter & seem to have more energy. My red blotchy skin has also settled down. I'm very impressed & will be buying more.

Plu Shinzo O3 definitely worth an intake

During the current situation with COVID-19 I found the soft gel capsule very useful. These helped increase my vitamin E intake and the orange flavour helps with the after taste which you notice with other supplements.

High quality with noticeable results

I feel much better after taking Minami PluShinzO-3, I have more energy, my joints are less achy and my skin looks clearer and feels firmer. PluShinzO-3 is a combination of ingredients inspired by the Japanese and Mediterranean diets and the recommended dose is one capsule per day.These capsules contain deep sea fish oils as well as coenzyme Q10, folic acid, resveratrol, garlic and a host of other effective anti ageing ingredients. Minami really do seem to have put everything you might need to combat ageing all in one daily dose.The capsules are easy to take but they are quite large so you will need some water with them. They don't leave any fishy aftertaste as they are orange flavoured.I find that this is a practical way to take an anti ageing supplement and it simplifies my life taking these as I only need to take one supplement a day rather that several. Minami have made a very high quality product that delivers noticeable results fast, I would recommend PluShinzO-3 to anybody.

Good capsules with a pleasant hint of orange. They contain a good selection of supplements and appear to have helped me with fatigue.

Good vitamins, but a bit pricey.

Vitamins description sounded very promising, and I believed they would transform my life. They were quite big and hard to swallow, but I still took them daily to see the magic. I think my hair fell out less, but not sure that the product really wowed me.

They are good

I'm happy to try most things and was more than happy to try this, the tablets are large as it per usual with this type of vitamin, but they are easy to swallow because they are really smooth, they don't have any taste which I like as some to have a funny smell taste to them. To be honest I've not felt or looked any different than my usual one than is so much cheaper than these but maybe over time I could see a difference. I Was more than happy for the opportunity to try them for the this trial.
