I hadn't heard of PluShinz before so I was looking forward to seeing if there was a difference in 30 days . I have began to feel a little more energetic and upbeat after a couple of weeks and feel a little better These vitamins are packed with lots of different supplements that support the workings of the body and full of goodness . I will keep buying these as im all for keeping in shape externally and internally

Love PluShinz O-3 Anti Aging Tablets

Having recently been diagnosed with diabetes I was really suffering from diabetic fatigue nothing I had been taking from tonics to multi vitamins was helping I started the PluShinz anti aging and wasn't expecting them to help with the fatigue but within the first week I noticed a real difference and I'm so pleased that has continued I have energy which is definitely down to these tablets my skin is also plumped and looking healthier I'm loving these tablets would 100% recommend them

I THINK I HAVE NAILED IT!

The thumb nail on my left hand keeps splitting and hence has refused to grow for the past 2 years. I have tried many supplements to try and remedy this situation, the most recent being biotin, but with no success. I didn't expect any great results given that I have only taken these capsules for 30 days and most products recommend 3 months before any results, but I can honestly say that there has been a remarkable improvement in the condition of my nails and my thumb nail is at last growing and not a split in sight.

Impressive vitamin proven to help with anti-aging and fit into my supplement routine easily. Supplements are large, but at least are a capsule rather than a tablet.

I normally buy ordinary Omega 3 capsules from my supermarket....own brand usually, I didn't really expect these 'Minami' ones to be much different,to be honest,but how wrong was I? Since taking the whole months supply, I definitely feel more energetic, more healthy, my skin is glowing and looking healthier.....I feel totally re-energized and really healthy. These are little (well,not so little!) wonder capsules and I will definitely be ditching my usual brand for Minami PluShinzO-3 Pro-Age from now on. The price is more expensive but is definitely worth it - you do get what you pay for, these capsules are not cheap but what a difference I felt,so much better and healthier in myself. Looking at the ingredients, the capsules are packed with nutrients and oils which are so good for you and really beneficial to ones health. I will give these Minami PluShinzO-3 Pro-Age a well deserved 10/10

Quality product but at a high price

As with most supplements it's really difficult to gauge whether they are actually making an improvement to your health. The capsules are easy to take and contain a good mix of nutrients but after searching online I can see that they are very expensive and out of the price range of most people.

It was easy to take and don't know it this was an effect of taking it but I noticed that my skin got more comfortable over time and it didn't feel as tight. Also I seemed to not get so tired during the day.

Good product

The product takes about a week to start working in my opinion but I soon started to see some results in the texture of my skin. My skin feels & looks smooth & radiant & possibly younger as it feels quite firm compared to before. My only issue was with the size & colour of the capsules, which I found too large so they usually got stuck in my throat.
