These tick most of the boxes. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste and a huge amount of EPA. It is clearly a quality product, and you feel like you have had something healthy. I think after a couple of weeks I was a bit sharper, you can't ask for more than that! Also my skin is a bit less dry, which is great news for winter!

Great fish oil. THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!

The absolute best I've ever tried before. I do usually take fish oil supplements but I never used to feel any different. These are gel tablets that are smaller and easier to swallow. They made me feel better after a couple of days already. I used to get a sort of a brain fog but this is not the case. I genuinely feel like I think faster and don't stress as much as I used to. Another additional benefit is my nonexistent joint pain. I started having stiff and painful joints about 2 months ago and was never able to do any exercise due to my knee pain. I don't know if it was the fish oil but since taking these I've noticed a huge difference. I really loved trying the MINAMI MorEPA MIND. These are really good and the high quality does make a difference. The only downer is the high price but I guess there you can really say that you get what you pay for. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Easy to take with health benefits

These capsules were easy to take and had no adverse effects. It was a bonus that they didn't have an aftertaste- that some cod liver oil capsules can have- if you happened to burp.As to whether they improved my concentration levels I am unsure. I believe you would need to at least take a 3 month supply to notice any significant changes.

Lovely little softgels

I really like the Minami softgels. They are easy to swallow and full of useful ingredients. I love the fact that even my 10 year old daughter can use them.

Worth every penny.

I will never use a different omega 3 supplement again. I hadn't really thought about the quality, source, size and aftertaste of my omega 3 supplements until I tried Minami Plusepa smart fats. A great omega 3 supplement

I didn't give 5 for only 1 reason, it still contains bovine gelatin. It essential to satisfy also vegetarians and vegans. The product doesn't smell or taste of that terrible fishy flavour that I've encountered in other supplements. This is a big plus cause it's easy to digest too and you don't feel it over the day.

Great product easy to swallow

Lived up to my expectations the bottle was easy to open and the capsules are very easy to swallow with no nasty taste. Can say that I felt a little difference in my mood as well as my joints. I will definitely be buying this product again.

I liked these and I'm so glad I had the opportunity.i feel like my joints are a lot better,not a miracle,but there's a difference as I can tell now I have finished them.i didn't change anything else in my routine to give an honest appraisal so I do recommend them and I am going to start taking them regularly as I am pleasantly surprised.thankyou

These are great. Because they're so concentrated the capsules are much smaller and easier to take than many omega 3 supplements. I found them very easy to take.Adding them into my supplement regime seems to have improved the condition of my skin.

I love this product! It helped my joint pains, also gave me a kick of energy. I used to feel quite fatigue, but after taking these I've noticed a chance after few days. Its help me focus and be more energetic, which kept me more active and helping with certain body aches. I definitely recommend this product!
