Great supplement for all round health

I found that my skin and hair felt less dry. My face had more radiance to it. I definitely felt overall healthier from taking this product

I wouldn't say they made me smarter (that is impossible), but they definitely gave me more energy and made me less lethargic. After 11 hours of work and another 2-3 hours of partying, you need a boost and this was my boost. Super easy to swallow, as well

Easy to take and swallow . Contains everything you need for a more healthy body and mind, especially at my age! Gives me the maximum concentration of fish oils per day. I would recommend to friends and family x

After a few days of taking it, I noticed a difference in my skin. Less red, glowing and less breakouts. My hair feels thicker and my nails are stronger. I have more energy.

A noticeable improvement to my mood

After taking the Miami plusEPA capsules regularly at the recommended amount I have found that my mood has definitely improved over the last few weeks. I am assuming this is perhaps due to the high percentage of highly concentrated Omega-3 food supplement as within my lifestyle the only change that has been made is that I started to take the supplement capsules. omega 3 is said to be good for low mood and anxiety along with being good for the brain and has has health benefits relating to the heart so is a supplement worth taking. They are smooth and easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend having felt the improvements towards my well being.

Concentration tablets

I can be a bit erratic at times but I'm pretty sure these tablets helped me concentrate more. I may even purchase them in the future.
