Easy to swallow purity

Being totally honest, as of yet, I haven't noticed any difference. Perhaps it will need a little longer to notice any effects, beneficial or otherwise. A definite plus is the size of the capsules, they are a lot smaller than others I have tried, and are more rounded, making them easier, and more comfortable to swallow. They do actually look more natural too, as they are clearer, and less yellow in appearance.

Extra strength - extra purity

Before trying this product, I was slightly worried about the recent articles in the media about heavy metals found in various brands of fish oil. Reading the information on the box and label, however, reassured me that this brand prides itself in purity of their products. Purity of fish oil is important as they often tend to contain heavy metals and toxins. Based in the EU, with the strictest quality assurance standards, Minami has recently been acquired by Nestle. The product itself looks high quality with average-sized capsules that are easy to swallow. They have quite a pleasant smell unlike other brands I tried in the past. When taken with food, they shouldn't contribute to 'fishy burps', as is the case with most fish oils. The tub lasts 30 days with a 2 capsule serving. I split the serving between morning and evening. The dose of Omega 3 fatty acids is comparable with 'extra strength' equivalents from competitors. The price is also in a similar range but other brands often don't mention purity at all on their fish oil products. Regarding any effect the product may have had on my body, it's too early to tell. After the initial 2 weeks, I haven't noticed any visible improvements just yet but I'm going to keep using the product until the end of the year. My past experience with other fish oils was that they tend to improve my skin but I haven't been taking any due to my concerns about toxicity. This has now changed thanks to Minami!

Perfect pill to swallow....

As per most pills, take with plenty of water, else, they will stick a little, and leave you with fishy burps (sorry). That said, they are a much, much better size to take than others I have taken in the past, at least half the size. It is hard to tell whether they have done any good yet, but given that I'm coping with home schooling, can only be a good thing!

Excellent

I tried Minami MorEPA for a month and I noticed several improvements in my body and mind. First I noticed that my skin became clearer and smoother. I also noticed that my joints became more supple. I think that my mind also became clearer. I am pleased with the results and I would definitely recommend this supplement.

Help with concentration and focus

I've found it easier to focus and I felt better taking these than I did my normal omega 3 capsules. Would definitely get these again and won't be reverting to my old ones

Great supplement for your wellbeing

This supplement has met my expectations. After taking this for a month or even earlier I could feel that somehow my concentration level was higher and overall my wellbeing has improved. Having taken this product in time of high level stress and seasonal viruses convinced me that it was the right addition to my healthy diet. Capsules are of a large size, but it is not a problem for me, no fishy aftertaste either. Great innovative product with high content of pure Omega-3.

THE ESSENTIAL SUPPLEMENT

As I get older, I'm conscious of the benefits of taking supplements, to maintain healthy body and mind and help combat the decline in certain aspects of the aging process. However, I'm also aware that supplements should be taken correctly, and with so many on the market, this can be a challenge to know what to take, and in what dose, otherwise, you could end up doing more harm than good. As a general rule, I have always believed that you can't go wrong with fish oils/Omega 3..it has so many benefits. The first thing that struck me with this product is the packaging, it was quite basic in design but with it's Fishing/Sea design, it somehow nails home the purity of these supplements with their high EPA levels. I try to eat a healthy diet, I do lack in this department - and would never be able to consume the amount of fish that I could by taking one of these a day. They are palatable and easy to swallow. No adverse side-effects, I did feel pretty good for the month I took them.

Will change my brand to this

Easy to swallow capsules, feeling less anxious and feeling better in myself. Blood pressure is slightly reduced and this is the only change I've made.
