Really chocolatey flavour

I have really enjoyed drinking the chocolate shake, it is my favourite of the ones available from Optifast. It actually tastes of chocolate and is really nice and creamy. I have found the chocolate shake is really filling and I am not hungry between meals. The shakes have definitely helped my weight loss. I would recommend the chocolate flavour shakes!

A reboot of my system!

I can say in all honesty that since I've started Optifast, I have never felt better. I've lost weight, my sleep has improved and I no longer experience food cravings. It feels like I've rebooted my system. The shakes, puddings and bars are delicious. Chocolate shake is my favourite. I'll certainly continue with Optifast well into the future.
