Have to say this shake is delicious very smooth and yummy with added ice cubes. Replaced all meals and snacks for 3 x shakes per day. In two weeks lost 7lbs, and most importantly, as a diabetic, reduced blood sugar from 14.5 to 10.5. Would recommend these shakes

I would recommend adding ice cubes for a more improved taste, overall the taste is great and is just the right sweetness

No aftertaste

Unlike many other meal plans this product has no awful aftertaste meaning a long term regime is certainly possible. It's very pleasant in fact.

Oh my this is by far my favourite... waiting for my next order now.1 tip you really do need to use the shaker, if you spend a certain amount you get it for free. Makes the shakes so much more creamier.

Chocolate shake

The chocolate shake is delicious and easy to prepare, I started my full meal replacement diet on the 7th of September, My starting weight was 17 Stone, on my last weigh in on 23rd of September I was down to 15 Stone 4 Pounds in two weeks and three days. I am so looking forward to see my weight in another three weeks.
