vitamin d and more in a capsule

Great for the kids who enjoed the easy to swallow strawberry flavoured soft gel capsules. Reassuring to know that they contain several essential ingrediates that include vitamin D and omega. Two a day is all the children need to ensure they are gettingsupplements that support healthy bones, immune system and brain food. It was also great to know that if the children are not able to swallow tablets the capsules can be opened and the liquid iside added to food or drinks. highly recommended

A Healthy Way of Life

I and the rest of the family thought they were a nice size, therefore easy to take (not too big). The combination of Vitamin D and Pure Omega 3 was ideal for support bone growth (one of our children had growth 'shin splints) and the Vitamin D was additionally for general well being. I would recommend continual use of these Minami vitamins as a support for daily intake and enhance a fit and healthy way of life

Good oils without the after taste

When my son started these soft gel tablets I was sceptical. They looked on the adult side size.I was proven wrong, and had no complaints! Surprisingly, the fact that they do no have an strong oily afterwards makes it a winner I would certainly recommend

Great source of goodness

A great way for your kids to get all the vitamins and goodness they need, my two girls weren't to sure about taking them at first, but once they tried them and got used to the chewy texture, they found them quite pleasant

Immune system boost

Both my kids loved the taste of this as it doesn't taste like a normal cod liver oil. It seems to give a boost to their immune system and keeps them boosted throughout the day

Varying acceptance level

As much as the strawberry taste is tempting, size of the capsule is a little daunting for younger children. My 8 and 10 had to take them with liquid in their cereal instead of taking it as whole. Perhaps a chewable or small sizes capsule will entice the younger market
