Swallow easy

The capsules are a good size much smaller than the adult equivalent. They can also be broken open. When you open the bottle and when they hit the mouth there is a mild strawberry fragrance and there is no after taste when swallowing. There is a good combination of ingredients and the fish elements come from anchovy, sardine and Mackrell. I would be happy to buy these again.

More energy

I found that the vitamins made my child better at waking up with more energy and gave them improved concentration on things we were doing. I would say it took about 2 weeks before we noticed these changes but i think that's a really positive outcome and would like to continue to buy them and try them over a longer period of time and id be excited to see what else improves as a result of taking the tablets

Great for all ages!

My teenage daughter in particular felt a lot better in herself. She noticed her hair and nails were growing much better than before!My son, who's twelve and has growing pains felt a lot better after taking the tablets everyday. I also took them and felt better in myself!
