I received Minami MorEPA Cholesterol softgel to try and provide an unbiased review. The pack contain 30 softgels which goes great for a month. The price of the Minami softgel is quite expensive and an alternative to reduce cholesterol would be a to do some cardio and self discipline. The softgels look more like bigger version of red kidney beans and are soft.. They contain Omega 3 fish oil with Red Yeast rice, Folic acid, Vitamin B6 and B12. Red Yeast Rice contributes to maintain LDL Cholesterol which is certainly good. I have have high cholesterol and have been on statin and so thought this might be an effective way to control my cholesterol. Only time can tell if I find benefit from Minami. If yes, then I am certain to stop statins and continue with Minami MorEPA Cholesterol softgels. Though the softgels are big in size, they certainly do not choke you while swallowing. I have recommended Minami after extensive research and in a hope that it give health benefits.

Good product

An easy way to look after ones health. Quite big capsules but I was able to take them with no problem with water. The fish oils are good for other issues apart from cholesterol so were an added bonus to me.

reduce your cholesterol

lowering my cholesterol is something my doctor has told me about multiple times, so i was really glad to receive this product and test it out. i tried it for 1 full month and was pleased with the results. the pill is large however it was easy to swallow and i had no issues. i also found that over time i could slowly see my numbers decreasing. my doctor will be happy to know that i have been doing this!

I really liked taking this product, it was easy to incorporate into my daily routine and I definitely felt better. It also gave me piece of mind that I was doing something healthy and good for my body.

Taking these pills was easy as they're quite soft, I felt fine during taking them but would like to take them for longer to really see the desired effects

pills are good. a bit too big. I felt better after a month of use. my overall well-being improved. I did not experience any side effects during use.

Great Supplement and No aftertaste

I enjoyed taking this as I know products like these are great for heart health, I don't know if there have been any health improvements due to me taking this as these things would need to be properly measured by a doctor, in do feel good taking it as I feel I am helping my health by using this product and am also happy that whilst using it there was no aftertaste which unfortunately happens often with products like this

Maintain Cholesterol

Easy sized tablet to swallow, no overpowering smell (sometimes usual with fish oils). No bad side effects whilst taking once a day for the past month. Think it's too early to tell of any real results, but will definitely be purchasing to continue taking. Cholesterol will be checked when I can to see if there is any difference. Would recommend
