Lovely supplements

I have previously used store bought Omega-3 Supplements before switching to this brand. During the time of use I noticed that I feel mostly lighter.The softgels are easy to swallow and the capsules have a nice after taste.It would have been better if the pack contained 60 capsules as it is quite pricey.

Good quality supplement, packed with good stuff

I have previously taken red rice yeast to support cholesterol levels and was dubious about the content of this capsule given the price point, however, I was pleasantly surprised as the ingredient content is very high and you only need to take one capsule a day. The capsules are easy to swallow and while I did have a bad aftertaste for a few days this soon cleared up. I look forward to seeing if they have helped maintain a low cholesterol level.

Clear thinking

Too much time at my desk and lockdown lock-up made me think it was time to try out a product like this. Oh yes and I'm a woman of a certain age and inclination towards cheese, butter and chocolate. The packaging is attractive and has clear information about what is contained in the tablets. The size of the tablets was a bit daunting because they are quite large and opaque, however I have managed to swallow my daily tablet without a problem. I think a product like this takes a few weeks to kick in so I'm not sure I'm able to say that I feel any changes. What I do feel is good about doing something that should help my health.

Feeling Healthier

The tablets are larger than I thought but so easy to take and swallow due to the gel like capsule. I already feel better but I don't know if this is tablets working already just my imagination ! Can't wait to have my cholesterol level tested when I have finished taking these to prove it is the tablets! Very happy so far ! Â

Effective and easy to take

I used this product to support a low cholesterol diet and it was easy to take. The capsules are quite large but as they are soft, they are not a problem to swallow. they also have a pleasant orange flavour, however, do not bite into them by mistake as you will soon realise the strength of what they contain! Inside they taste of concentrated fish guts! Yeuch!since taking them I have felt good in myself and my joints are supple. I have also not experienced any issues arising from high cholesterol. I would consider buy more to continue taking them for at least a year to gauge whether or not they really make a difference to me.The packaging is high quality and easy to recycle. I prefer a pot of capsules as opposed to a blister pack as it is more durable. The design of the packaging is also sympathetic to the product.All in all, so far I would recommend this product to anyone following a low cholesterol diet as a means of extra nutrient support.

Recommended for cholesterol lowering benefits

I don't take many supplements although I would consider omega 3 a staple. Minami MorEPA contains an appropriate amount of EPA and DHA giving a total of 550mg (the recommended intakes range between 250-500mg). Over the course of four weeks, I have managed to reduce my cholesterol from 4.9 mmol to 4.0 mmol total since the addition of this omega 3 to my diet (in addition to other lifestyle measures such as increased physical activity). Furthermore, I like the inclusion of the Coenzyme Q10. I have a very busy job but I no longer feel subjectively fatigued since I commenced this supplement. My only negative is the low quantity of capsules per bottle. For the price, 30 tablets is simply far too little. 60 capsules would be more appropriate.

A great idea, but I'll need to take it for a bit longer to see results!

I have been taking this for a couple of weeks now and, in general, I like the idea of the product. I decided to try them as there is a history of high cholesterol in my family and I have always suffered from stiff joints as my role used to be very physical, and now I sit at a desk and set everyday!They are quite large, so if you struggle with swallowing, they may not be for you, I don't seem to have too much of a problem, but I don't see the point of the Orange flavouring as they are swallowed whole. Although, every other fish oil based product I have tried has repeated on me for hours after, whereas these don't at all!

Pleasantly surprised

I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy these have been to take. I had dreaded the fishy feedback! you often get with this type of softgel capsule. The other good thing is if it doesn't slide down straight away they taste pleasantly orangey so no panic required to take them quickly. I have also been feeling so tired recently so any impact these can make to this lethargy will be most welcome.

Pleasant taste

I have been taking these softgels for a week now. They have a pleasant orangey taste and smell and, considering the size of them, are quite easy to swallow. As I have been told by my GP that my blood pressure is a bit high and my cholesterol levels should be a bit lower I'm hoping they will help to achieve this, especially with the indulgent Christmas period coming up. Â

Easy to take

I am happy to be taking the cholesterol version. After a recent blood test I was found to have a slightly raised cholesterol level so I am hoping these will help to lower it. They are high quality and contain premium ingredients. They are easy to swallow as well. I am looking forward to seeing the results.
