Delicious shakes that have made a huge change during lockdown

Prior to lockdown I had been on an Optifast plan as part of my weight loss surgery programme. I decided to go back on to Optifast during lockdown to keep my weight under control. These shakes are healthy, easy to make and taste really good. By alternating between Optifast days and normal eating I've been able to lose weight during lockdown which is great, not only for my physical but my mental health also. I highly recommend these products to anyone looking to lose weight.

I bought 4 flavours Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla and coffee. I prefer Optifast than other brands. The protein shakes taste natural and not artificial. Strawberry and Vanilla are the best. I leave them to the last. Not a fan of chocolate overall but this is very good. The texture feels like you are drinking milkshake. Love it! Will buy them again!

Love this thick creamy chocolate shake. It is probably my favourite of the shake flavours I've bought. I make mine in a blender so they're extra thick and fluffy.

What makes a difference to the shakes is putting your water in the fridge overnight I use a glass bottle so its nice and chilled. Mix with your favourite shake it will be nice and chilled and use your optifast shaker container & see how much more yummy it tastes.
