I would highly recommend these , as I would dual have brain fog and sometimes remembering things , but since I started taking these I have had a clearer mind and better recall . I love that they are vegan as they are safe to take with no aftertaste .

Vegan DHA, gluten and lactose free

I received Minami Vegan DHA 60 tablets just over a month ago and both my husband and I had been taking one tablet a day for the past month. DHA supports normal brain function and vision. This is a very welcome Vegan friendly substitute for cod liver or flaxseed oils. It has a high concentration of Omega-3 oil derived from an algae. The nutrition is provided in a form of a relatively small and very easy to swallow orange flavoured soft gel, without an after taste, although neither one of us could tase the flavour. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the product is both gluten and lactose free. I would recommend this product

Trial period should be longer

Although I have only been taking a few weeks I feel theven trial period should have been longer as I haven't noticed much differences just yet so it's quite hard to leave a honest review

The minami vegan dha was a good product but unfortunately for me it left me with some side effects being pains in my tummy and bloating in my stomach
