First impressions

Hello my first impressions were good. The soup instructions in Dutch? not to exceed 50 degrees I took literally and it was disgusting! Lol my daughter explained that I needed to warm the mixture up either in a pan or mircro wave also suggested I add in cauliflower to give dept and crunch.Great tip! I am on my third week and lost 5kg.Getting use to mix n matching the optifast products. Using the dessert as a breakfast with few berries.And slicing the bars into matchsticks placing in a pot to have one. Or two with my coffee.Getting there.

A slimming bar that is actually filling as well as great tasting

My title says it all really. These Cappuccino bars are great as a snack or a meal replacement. Filling and tasty.

Definitely my favourite of the bars. Really filling and lovely with a cuppa. I find you do have to eat slowly in small pieces as quite solid. Usually have a bar for lunch and do look forward to them as a meal replacement.

The cappuccino bar is fabulous. Great taste and filling. Sometimes cut in half as a daily snack rather than a meal replacement.

Absolutely scrumptious

These are my favourite optifast bars. The combination of crunch, flavour and texture is perfect. It's my go to bar. The cappuccino flavouring is also just right. It does not feel or taste like you are eating a meal replacement when you have this bar - a definite treat!

Finally a coffee flavoured bar!

I have passed over many other diets due to the flavours on offer and I was overjoyed to see that Optifast offers a Cappuccino flavour meal replacement bar. As Cappuccino is my drink of choice, I was at once excited and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The delicate flavouring is not at all overpowering, the texture is crumbly yet held well together. To top it off, a lovely, silky chocolate covering made my cappuccino bar even more delicious. This is going to be a regular on my order most definitely.

Not bad when you get used to the taste and texture.My advice is cut into small squares as the bar will last ages
