A convenient source for fiber
4I am enjoying these gummies as a conviniet (and fun) way for taking my daily fiber requirements. I have been having gut issues for few years now and I do believe that there's a huge connection between gut health and mental wellbeing. These gummies taste so good and do the job very well. I find 2 gummies (for me) enough per day as the higher dose of 6 tablets caused bloating. As such, one bottle would last for a whole month, which I find cost-effective. I would highly recommend these gummies if you need dietary fibre and you're always on the run!

5These are honestly amazing, they do exactly what they are designed to do, with how busy my schedule is they make it extremely easy and convenient. They taste really nice too! I will definitely be purchasing again

Orange Gummies
4The Optifibre Orange fibre gummies come in an attractive bottle and are easy to chew, The flavour is pleasant and there are 60 gummies in a bottle. Considering that one is to take 2 chewies up to 3 times a day this bottle will not last long though. A larger bottle size would be better for long term use. The flavour is natural and the bottle has a childproof top that one has to press and twist to open. It is an added plus that it contains Vit D to help with the immunity.

TAsty and they work
5I've always been apprehensive of "gummies" as ones I've tried in the past have been either overly sweet or hard to chew, but these are genuinely lovely. Just the right amount of sweetness, and no chemical taste that some supplements have from the sweeteners they use. These taste great, and have an enjoyable "sweetie-like" texture, so 10/10 for the experience of actually eating them :) Orange is my favourite flavour but the peach ones taste pretty natural too. As for the effect - and reason for taking them - I'm surprised to hear myself saying that so far the effect has been very positive. Bloating has been reduced without a doubt and things seem to be a bit more normal on the way out as there is an obvious improvement in the fibre intake since taking them. Overall a great product and I thoroughly recommend them! Go give them a try!

Nothing happened
4Started using it straight away and have lot of hopes. But unfortunately after one week still don't see the difference. Flavour and size is great. Maybe is not working for me.

Fibre Fun
5This product is a fun way to add fibres to your diet. This is helpful especially for children (more than 4 years) or those who lead a busy life and has less time to cook. The use of gummies is excellent as they are easy to take and typically have a pleasant taste. The orange flavour adds a tasty element, making it more enjoyable. On a side note, beet fiber is a good source of dietary fiber, and it can help support digestive health by promoting regular bowel movements. Although I do not have very serious gut issue, I am consistently going to the washroom daily for bigger business with these gummies.

Great so far!
5I don’t each enough fibre naturally in my diet and have tired of nasty tasting thick fibre drinks - so finding these gummies has been great. They are great tasting and easy to consume - like a sweet really. Easy to fit into my day and have great benefits too, highly recommended.

Taste Great
4I haev been taking these for about a week now, after being diagnosed with chronic IBS. I was advised to up my fibre intake and told probiotics etc would hopefully reduce my stomach pains. Unfortuneately the pains have not stopped yet but this could just be that I have not been taking them for long enough. I will continue to take them and hope they start to work soon. I am just thankful that they taste like jelly sweets.

Lovely zesty goodness!
5LOVE these! I'm always on the look out for things to keep my family healthy but have never come across anything similar before. None of the nasties or allergens but all the good fibre in easy to manage portions. Critically, if I'm to get my kids on board, they taste great! The gummies are just like jelly sweets with a lovely zesty orange flavour which leaves a pleasant after taste. The family don't feel like they're taking supplements and it's not a chore. Infact I have to remind everyone that they are only allowed two at a time! I really appreciate the extra immune system boosting vitamin hit , especially at this time of year with all the bugs everywhere! Highly recommended!

Tiny, tasty fibre hit
5As with most people, I struggle to get the fibre I need into my diet. For several years I have been drinking Psyllium Husk in water, but it is an unpleasant experience both in taste and texture. This is why I was excited to try Optifibre. There were two flavours which both sounded tasty, and the fact they were gummies meant that they were easy to eat. Further investigation into the two products showed me that they each provided something a little extra than just the fibre I needed. The Orange flavour also contains Vitamin D3 for immune support, while the Peach variety aids gut heath and flora. I bought both but decided to try the peach first. I love using this product as easy little gummy is so easy to take, is naturally sweet and tasty and I know it is doing me good. The only downside for me personally is the price, but if Optifibre continues to give me this level of wellbeing in such an easy way, I think they will be worth every penny.
