4The orange gummies look and taste great. Im fond of sweet so it kind of compensated for my sweet cravings in a healthy way. Love the fact that it contains Vitamin D3 and is a great fibre source. Initially it didnt make much of noticeable difference but having the gummies regularly did start to work and have positive effects on the digestive system. I do believe it works on building immunity too. My overall opinion about the product is postive and great for the price as well. With 60 gummies, itll last for around 2 months.

5These gummies taste great and make it easy to get vitamin D and fibre into your diet without the unpleasant tastes that are prevalent in other options, I would definitely recommend them

Great Health Benefits
5I have really enjoyed trying these gummies and have seen a benefit from their use. It did take a few days but I have been feeling better within myself since. The gummies are full of flavour and easy to chew. It's reassuring that they're gluten and lactose free as well. I like how they also contain vitamin D so there's more than one benefit to them too.

Fibre gummies with added vitamin D
3While I prefer the taste of the peach, the orange have the added benefit of vitamin D which I think is important to take regularly, especially heading into winter. The orange gummies are more strongly flavoured than the peach. They are quite yummy and have a slightly firm jelly texture so eating them is like having a little treat. Love that they are gluten free and not overly sweet. I already take probiotics and consume a relatively high fibre diet, but I also travel a lot so sticking to a healthy diet isn't always the easiest. Throwing these in tlmy bag when I'm going to be on the road for a while is reassuring as I can still keep my gut happy. I found them pleasant and enjoyable to take, they're like a little candy. I didn't notice a huge difference while taking them, but feel that if you are somebody who struggles to eat a lot of veggies and fibre, these will make it much easier for you. The suggested serving is 6 per day so they do work out to be quite expensive. If you're struggling with digestive health and including enough fibre in your diet, these might be a great, tasty solution for you.

Optifibre gummies
4Optifibre gummies is great source of fiber with added vitamin D which is great, they taste very good that I actually wanted to take more than recommended dose. After some time using them I feel like my digestion is improved, only downside is I get occasional pain just before my bowels open. Flavour is very nice and doesn’t leave bad aftertaste

Great product - highly recommended
5I suffer from irregular bowel movements and frequent constipation due to an underactive thyroid, despite having a good amount of fibre in my diet. I have tried Fructooligosaccharides in the past, but this has been in a powder that you have to add to a drink. I found it just too much hassle and I would forget to take it. I wasn't expecting dramatic or significant results from these gummies to be honest. But - what a revelation! These gummies have been amazing - they have regulated my bowel movements - now much easier and more regular, no bouts of constipation. I found that I only need one or two gummies per day to keep me regular. They taste great as well. They are going to be a regular purchase from now on - highly recommended!

It works and is so yummy!
4The orange flavour gummies are delicious, could be mistaken for proper sweets! I am enjoying having them. I have been taking them for 2 weeks now, initially started off with 2 gummies a day, but have now doubled my dose. I have noticed an improvement in the regularity of my bowel movements. I also used to get bloating after eating certain foods which has now settled since taking the gummies. There is an overall improvement in my whole gut health. The only downside I would say is that with taking 4 a day (as recommended), the bottle won’t last long. Would be good if there was an option to buy in bulk or bigger sizes at a better value, as the smaller bottle can work out a little expensive.

So Far, So Good...
4Currently I'm taking two of the orange-flavoured Optifibre Gummies a day. I find they have a mild, pleasant taste, and aren't too strong as some orange-flavoured products tend to be. It's difficult to say whether there has been any improvement in my IBS symptoms, but as it's been a chaotic few weeks due to a family medical emergency, these little gummies may have helped to keep my system a bit more settled than it might have been. I shall continue to take the orange ones as I definitely need the Vitamin D, and will probably take four a day to see if that's more beneficial, i.e. two orange ones in the morning, and two peach ones in the afternoon. I'm looking forward to seeing how the peach gummies taste, and whether there will be a noticeable difference after having taken this product over a longer period of time.

Easy to Take
4thought these were great. I loved the natural orange flavour and these were easy to chew. They have really helped wirh my constipation and I don’t feel bloated like I used to all the time
