Less fishy

The main thing that has previously put me off taking fish oil supplements has been the fish flavoured burps that inevitably happen afterwards. This type however has a minimal fishy aftertaste, and mostly tastes like lemon afterwards. I personally would prefer an even stronger lemon flavour to cover up the fishy taste even more. I would definitely purchase this brand instead of alternatives due to the massage difference in after taste.

Pregnancy omega 3

They are fab gave me more energy and clearer skin. Hopefully good for baby too due in July. Sometimes the fish taste kind of makes you feel a bit Vom which is why gave 4 stars but I guess they will all be like that. No problems swallowing them.

Capsules with great strenght of DHA, shape very easy to swallow. Good shape and size of capsules. Nice pack.

For pregnant women or breastfeeding mums

As a breasfeeding mum there are alot of vitamins I cannot take. I want to protect my baby as much as I can and help her to be as healthy as possible, so I was happy to test the product. Thank you, and I would recommend it to other mums as well.

Exactly what I have been looking for

Easy to swallow and no strong taste like other gel tablets.Very nice packaging and contains exactly what I need for my growing baby.

Fab and no aftertaste

No aftertaste as most I've tried always have a fishy aftertaste but these had none at all which was great. I felt much more energised than I usually do, would definatley reccomend to everyone even if they are not pregnant or breastfeeding.

I am a breastfeeding mother so I was very happy to try these vitamins. I found them easy to swallow and minimal taste so was great. I found that they made me feel more energised and even my hair and nails felt stronger. Would recomend to pregnant and breastfeeding friends and family.
