The world's best magnesium supplement. I've taken loads of brands however GOL seems to make me feel the best. I have the best night's sleep, best regular bowel movements, making me feel less bloated. I've been using it to calm my anxiety. It is really good for constipation though. I have noticed it makes me sleep much better if taken in the evening and if taken in the morning it will help with digestion. I am on my second pack now.
