Simply The Best
5I suffer with constipation and even though I eat a healthy diet I still can’t go to the loo without taking pills, Once I saw this optifibre I thought I’d give it a try, it seems quiet expensive for what you get but it’s worth every penny. Two scoops of this tasteless powder in my drinks twice a day has regulated my bowels, No tummy pains or hanging around a loo just incase you need to go unexpectedly. Makes you go naturally it’s the best thing I’ve taken. Highly recommended. Side effects until your body gets used to it is flatulence.

Best fibre supplement
5I originally bought this to see if it would help with slow transit. I have been using this for over a year and it does work and you can mix it in any hot or cold drink as it has no flavour. I only take one scoop a day so the tub lasts ages , I woudnt be without it .

Excellent product
5Does exactly what it sets out to do, which in my case corrects an inbalance of medicines taken for cardiac problems which tend to cause constipation. 2 to 3 scoops a day result in normal dietary function and invariably ease away any problems caused by prescribed medicines

Optifibre for ibs c
5Saw this and after reading the reviews thought I’d give it a go . I suffer from ibs c and slow transit, I use 1 scoop a day and it had an effect in 3/4 days have been using it for months woudnt be without it now , would definitely recommend .

5Very impressed with Optifibre . Its so easy to mix into coffee , completely dissolves and is tasteless . More importantly it works . Easy to adjust amount to suit . A great help with my IBS .
