This is ok to munch on if you are craving for chocolate , it feels very chewy but not sweet. The chewing action helps you forget that you needed a sweet in the first place !!! Â

Chewing on rubber

Being a huge fan of chocolate, I chose this hoping for some sweetness. However I found these quite chewy bland and not at all like chocolate. I could only eat half the bar. This one did not tick the box sorry.

I couldn't believe the size of these.... they take ages to eat. Proper chocolate around the edge. My favourite product though is still the chocolate shakes!

a bit bland

These bars are not as interesting as the crunchy ones (which always seem to be out of stock!). They are a bit tasteless and not as satisfying in my opinion

Tasty, filling chocolate bars

Prior to lockdown I had been on an Optifast plan as part of my weight loss surgery programme. I decided to go back on to Optifast during lockdown to keep my weight under control. These bars are part of that programme. They're healthy, filling and taste really good. By alternating between Optifast days and normal eating I've been able to lose weight during lockdown which is great, not only for my physical but my mental health also. I highly recommend these products to anyone looking to lose weight.

Delicious chocolate bar

This is my favourite bar from the Optifast range. I love the chewiness and the overall taste. It has a well balanced chocolatey taste.
