Tastes like a thick flapjack. Its ok if you are desperate for something to chew on after ongoing shakes. I tend to use half a bar at 5pm between shakes when craving for something with cup of tea. It stops me reaching for the biscuits

I found these very satisfying. I cut them into bite sized pieces, an ideal packed lunch. All of the Optifast products I've tried are very satisfying, I expected to be hungry before my next meal but I haven't found that to be the case. So happy that I found these meal replacements.
