Minami MorEPA smart fats - this health supplement tells me on the package that I should be getting a huge amount of health benefits. Although I obviously cannot tell if my heart or eyes are healthier I do feel that my joint stiffness is getting easier. I would love normal vision as I currently wear glasses but I know that just by taking this supplement that is not possible!!! The product itself doesn't smell unpleasant and once you ingest it there is no nasty after taste. I think it's a win, win.I will certainly be purchasing this product again.The reason for a 4* is that the capsule itself is on the rather large size which is exceptionally difficult to swallow.

worth a try

Was surprised as I have tried fish oil before that said no after taste and guess what they did. But these didn't have any after taste at tall. They are good as you get all off you omega you need. I will be buying these again. I haven't seen prices but I would expect to cost more then a cheap batch

Taste great

These tasted fantastic and we're much easier to swallow than similar products despite the size. How much good did they do me? Its hard to measure, but they don't seem to have done me harm.

Better focus

I noticed a difference after about 14days with my concerntration. I found it a lot better to concerntrate and focus that I previously had . I also noticed a shine to my hair and being in better condition my over all health has slightly improved with the way I am feeling but I would say I would have to use this product for longer to see its overall benefits
