- Builds muscle by providing 20g high quality whey protein isolate, essential amino acids, as well as branched chain amino acids
- Unflavored, unsweetened protein powder that can be easily added to any beverage, smoothie, yogurt, oatmeal, baked good or other recipe to increase protein intake without altering the flavor profile.
