The best way to prepare OPTIFAST Tomato Soup Mix is to used boiled water that's been cooled to around 60°C. Empty the soup sachet into a bowl or mug and pour over the water. DISGUSTING
I received a box of tomato (allegedly) soups today and tried one. It was absolutely horrible and tasted weird €¦not a hint of tomato. It left such a bad taste in my mouth I had to eat something else to get rid of the taste.  I shall be throwing the remaining sachets in the bin €¦..just as well they were a €˜free gift' €¦..👎👎

Tomato soup
I love this soup, it is delicious, tastes wonderful, and quick to prepare. One tiny bit of advice though, on the packet the mixing instructions say shake it of mix with a fork or a whisk. When i decided to shake it the lid cap flew open and i ended up with tomato soup on my ceiling, but there was plenty left to eat so it was okay.

Not Nice
When I first tried it I didn't like it much but thought it wasn't too bad and I could power through. But the more I drink, the more I dislike it. I'm now having to down it as quick as I can, so it's over fast. Luckily I only bought a box of 8. It has a weird aftertaste which wont go away, and tastes nothing like tomato soup. I may end up binning it. I love the other soups and shakes I bought. But this is Awful.

Not a great tasting soup
The soup doesn't taste good compared to even with other packet soups, let alone the tinned soups. It's bit milky and very mild. Wasn't enjoyable to me.

tomato soup
Mixed cold and heated in the microwave in a suitable dish this soup is quite good for powered soup. I do toast a thin slice of bread and cut it up into croutons for a more substantial meal. I expect you could add peas or sweetcorn. A very pleasant soup, although expensive.

Tom soup
I add miso soup powder to help disguise the slightly strange taste then I mix with 200+ mls of cold water and microwave it for 2 minutes, this degree of hotness makes it seem like a proper meal soup.

Optifast Tomato Soup
I prefer the shakes to the soups. I've tried the vegetable and the tomato soups and prefer the vegetable.They do contain a lot of protein and satisfy your hunger so they are very effective in terms of a meal replacement
