Garden of Life’s mykind Organics Prenatal Once Daily formula has been specially designed to provide Folate, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Our formula provides organic fruits, vegetables and herbs, including lemons, ginger, annatto, amla berries and holy basil with every tablet.
Each tablet contains 19 vitamins and minerals, as well as 600mcg of folate. Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. These supplements also deliver 18mg of plant-based iron.
