Optifast Meal Bar Berry
I really love this meal bar which is why I am repeating me order. It tastes so amazing it is hard to believe it is just over 200 Calories and contains so many Nutrients. For me it is an amazing treat in my weight loss journey.

Not so berry
These bars are filling and tasty but this does not taste like berry. This has a similar flavour to the Cappuccino.

Meal bars
Hard to chew bars with a nice taste, very filling, easy to carry when out.The only downside is that while the liquid meals come with plenty of water, with the bars, I have to make a conscious effort to drink more.

Wow! Berry much a contrast to the Chocolate Meal Bar...
Having been on Optifast for just over 2 weeks, I've tried many of the products and almost all are extremely palatable.I had tried (and persisted with) the Chocolate Meal Bars, and to be honest got to a point where I seriously couldn't put myself through the chore of chewing...so I wasn't certain I was looking forward to the Berry...As I opened the Berry Meal Bar, it smelt delicious. However, so had the chocolate one!I thought there's no way this can taste as good as it smells...I was wrong, very wrong - it tasted much better. To me, this is much more similar to a flapjack. Yes, it requires chewing but it's not a chore.The bar is great for "grab and go" or having in the car (my saviour when I had a puncture) but why rush?In my opinion, the Berry bar is fantastic cut into little squares and best enjoyed with a nice cuppa. Take your time and make it last. I'm amazed that I feel full after this.By far my favourite.

Substantial snack
Quite sweet but good for a mid-afternoon snack. Substantial enough to be satisfying. I cut them in half - I find that half is enough with my afternoon tea
