Exceptionally good!

Got a sweet tooth? Love chocolate flavours? Then this will make you happy - it is a seriously good dessert, nothing about it says €˜'diet'. I find a whole one a bit much so I use half and crumble a bar on top and mix it up, a really tasty and sweet treat at the end of the day for me. It stops me breaking my diet.

I really love this dessert, it's my favourite Optifast product. I love that it's thick as it's more filling, and it's great with fresh fruit.

Lovely dessert

Personally I find the idea of replacing a meal with a dessert a bit odd, but I might just get used to it. This is the nicest packet-based chocolate pudding I've tried.

My favourite Optifast product

I only recently decided to try out the chocolate dessert. I thought that I would be disappointed - it would never taste as good as 'real' chocolate dessert. Well, it turns out to be my favourite out of all the products. Not only is it delicious, but it is very filling as well.

I have been on the Optifast NHS plan (limited choice) but wanted to add in a bit of variety. After checking that all products are permitted, if self-funded, I thought I'd give the Chocolate Dessert a try.To be fair, I thought it would not really meet the "need" I wanted it to, given that I was a major chocolate lover. However, I have to say, whilst not being chocolate, this dessert was just what I needed to give a bit more diversity. It's a different texture to the soup, shake and bars and makes a decent portion. Recently, I've taken to making 1/2 a portion and having it with 1/2 a Berry bar crumbled on top. The choc dessert and cappuccino also work nicely together.This dessert also tastes great when adding a bit of zero calorie skinny syrup in - again, providing something a little different to switch things up a bit.

This is my absolute favourite product. If you're a choccy fan like me, there's nothing worse than being on a diet and not being able to have your chocolate treat. This diet is different, i look forward to my choccy snack every night. It's absolutely delicious, just like having a mouth watering bar of my favourite chocolate without feeling guilty. Yummy!

Versatile product

Versatile product  Can be used as a whole meal replacement, on its own Or divide  into two and accompany with few fresh fruits for a breakfast or dessert. In this way I found it tasty while the small amount (100g)  of blackberries or raspberry or blueberries made it interesting while maintaining the calorie figure of 213.The texture and the flavour was nice.I did try to freeze into a ice cream but I found the texture was icy and not pleasent.

Unexpected surprise

Bought this by accident but what serendipity!Can't believe I can eat this whilst trying to loose weight. Thick, creamy and super tasty.Full of good nutrients and vitamins too.
