I've been really impressed with the taste and ease of swallowing these tablets. I love the combination of vitamin D and EPA/DHA. It initially took about two weeks to start feeling the benefits and I'm really glad I stuck with it.

The platinum elite omega fish oil tablets are excellent. I used to have hip pain often and I haven't had any pain in my hips or knees since I started taking them, I am delighted. I take one tablet in the morning each day. My joints get a lot of use with CrossFit and when I saw these tablets advertised by a professional athlete I thought I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did. Â

Excellent - noticed a difference

I really like these softgels, they are quite large but not hard to swallow. They have a pleasant smell unlike other fish oil supplements and I don't find they repeat on me through the day. I've felt more alert and had more energy, than my usual supplements and I've noticed a lift in my mood too.

I found this a very decent product. The softgel capsule was very firm and approx. 1" (2.3 cm) in length. This meant it was easy to manipulate as well as swallow with no problem at all.Usual safety measures in place on the pot, with product information as expected on both the box and said pot itself.It's also Gluten and Lactose free for those that require thisFirst thing that's noticed on open is the very pleasant smell. Initially, I thought was lemon, but the box enlightened me to the fact it was Orange flavour. No smell of fish; this is a big bonus as I do not like fish, and did not notice anything that would put me off this......... 'Minami MorEPA PLATINUM 90% OMEGA-3 over the month or so that I am initially trying themTook one a day with food and all good.If you're into your Omega-3 with Vitamin D3 thrown in food good measure, then I would recommend this product as part of your daily intake.

I found them easy to take although they are quite large.They did leave an orange aftertaste.I have noticed a small improvement in the joint pain I suffer from. I was hoping to see an improvement in my mental health mainly depression I imagine I may have to continue taking the product for a longer time Overall I feel they are beneficial to health an impressive list of ingredients too.Although I understand they are quite pricey to buy.
