Excellent B Complex.
After a LOT of research into most bioavailable forms and recommended levels of each B vitamin this product is head and shoulders above 99% on the market today for the price. The forms are the ones best absorbed by the body and the amounts of near exact what I wad looking for. Only downside was post length - order in advance as this comes from America (I hadn't realised as UK website). Great product though!
