Vital protiens
5I have been taking collagen for several years now but a different brand and also marien collagen. But i follow a doctor on YouTube his name is Dr. berg, i can highly recommended his videos as his helped me with so many health problems right down to me having no gaul bladder and what to take for it ect really explains everything well. Anyway he recommended this one so i thought I'd give it a shot and see if I'd notice any difference. And yes definitely my hair has grown fast and my nails are much stronger, can't really say about my skin because I've got good skin anyway plus I've been taking the other collagen, but the biggest difference was I'm currently going through the menopause and my achy legs and stiffness is no more, i couldn't believe it, I've tried everything even took up yoga to aleviat the pain . Highly recommended couldn't be happier.

5This is now the second time I'm purchasing, very good item, noticeable results, actually no taste as it says. All in all a very good item. Not a bad word to say about it, highly recommend!

Amazing product
5Good quality product. Mixes well, I use it in coffee (makes it extra creamy). I've noticed a difference in hair thickness, and growth. My skin is also glowing. A must buy.
