Hits the spot!
I have an extremely sweet tooth so any diet plan for me must include things like bars. Another reviewer recommended crumbling bars over a dessert (half and half) and that is what I now do every evening and it really hits the spot! This cappuccino bar is good, a little hard to chew so it's better to cut it up if you can. Â

Filling and delicious
I've purchased the Optifast meal bars a few times now and find them very filling and tasty. Compared to other meal replacement bars I've tried in the past, I much prefer the Optifast bars. I generally use the Optifast bars as my lunch as I'm often out and about and find them a convenient lunch on the go.I'd definitely recommend them and have just placed my next order.

Cappuccino best bar flavour
Cappuccino best bar flavour ... only problem is they are very 'more-ish' to me so struggle not to cheat on the diet and have more than one per meal!

Great tasting bar
I am loving the cappuccino bars - it was the last of the flavours I tired out. The coffee taste is really something different, and I just ordered some more. If you loved the other flavour bars, you will LoVE these bars.

A Tasty Treat, especially with a nice cup of tea.
Having tried the chocolate meal bar (definitely not for me!) I was a touch sceptical about trying this. However, I had tried the Berry Bar and really enjoyed it.Similarly to the Berry bar, the cappuccino one smells delicious. It isn't as cappuccino as I'd expect, but it is still definitely coffee tasting, marry this with a cup of tea, or your favourite beverage and I think you'd be pleasantly surprised.This also works very nicely crumbled on top of the chocolate dessert (I have half the dessert and half a bar = 1 TDR).

Love coffee
Optifast are are the best "diet" bars I have come across and the cappuccino ones a so tasty and filling. Coffee flavoured things don't seem to be the vogue these days so I hope Optifast don't drop this flavour, it really is yummy.

Very nice coffee flavour
I prefer these ones as they are sweet but it steer you out of the thought of chocolate gradually, very satisfying and takes log enough to eat to realise that you have eaten it, it would be nice if they make it with less sugar as by the time you eat all your daily portions te sugars add up, but overall good

tasty snack
Not very cappuccino but quite nice. Very chewy and it did keep the hunger pangs at bay. Handy for going out and nibbling in-between. Bars are big enough to cut in half for those tempting moments. Need strong teeth to bite into as they are very hard chewy bars. They fill you so thats what counts.
