You can simply mix your BrainXpert dose with water, stir to dissolve and drink it that way, but you can also incorporate BrainXpert into other cold drinks such as milk, smoothies or iced coffee. Alternatively, you can mix BrainXpert with yoghurt, cottage cheese or other cold foods.

1. ‘Head Start’ Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp oats
- ½ apple, peeled and chopped
- 3 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Your BrainXpert dose
Method:
- Blend the oats in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Optional: add a handful of ice and serve with a sprig of fresh mint for extra refreshment.
2. ‘Berry Alert’ Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 100g mixed berries
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds
- 120ml plain yoghurt
- Your BrainXpert dose
Method:
- Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
- If the mixture feels a little too thick, add a splash of milk to make it easier to drink.
- Serve immediately.
3. ‘Bright & Early’ JuiceÂ

Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, with skin removed
- 1 orange, with skin removed
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- ½ apple, peeled and chopped
- Thin slice of fresh ginger, grated

Method:
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
