US Supreme Court lets suits proceed in Pfizer Nigeria case

The US Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed an appeal by Pfizer, which sought to end lawsuits by Nigerian families who accuse the pharmaceutical giant of testing a new antibiotic on their children without proper consent.
